Grappa made from Amarone marc, obtained from choice ripe grapes put out to dry on racks and then pressed and left until they fully terminated fermentation. Aged 3 months in small Slavonia oak barrels that contribute to its characteristics bouquet and colour, this is an extremely refined and delicate grappa. |

With a very intense bouquet, delicate taste and a bright yellow colour with golden-green reflections, with a low acidity adaptable to any kind of diet. Because of the simple decantation of dross (no filtration), it is possibile to find deposits on the bottom of the bottle. |
