Invecchiata Distilled spirit made from pomace of raisin-dried grapes used to produce “FALÁ” Distillation: Direct fire batch method with still made entirely out of copper. Organoleptic characteristics: Grappa unparalleled for complexity and natural smoothness with body enhanced by aging. Refinement: 36 months in oak barriques and 24 months in cherry barriques. Alcohol content: 40% by volume. Service: In tulip glasses for grappa at 16°-18°C. Dining combinations: Dry pastries, dark chocolate (even with hot pepper), nuts. Formats: 0.50 liter bottle. |
