Grappa di Amarone

Grappa made from Amarone marc, obtained from choice ripe grapes put out to dry on racks and then pressed and left until they fully terminated fermentation. Aged 3 months in small Slavonia oak barrels that contribute to its characteristics bouquet and colour, this is an extremely refined and delicate grappa.
